Yes. We are registered as a portable battery producer with the UK Environment Agency via the National Packaging Waste Database (NPWD) and comply with our obligations under the UK Waste Batteries Regulations.
We offer a free battery take-back service for used portable batteries, including INGCO battery packs.
Customers may return any type of portable battery, whether or not it was originally purchased from us. This service is provided free of charge and in accordance with UK legislation.
What Batteries Can Be Returned? We accept:

portable batteries (e.g. AA, AAA, button cells, rechargeable packs) - Batteries
from battery-powered tools
